What we collect
When you request a demo, we receive your work email and any other details you choose to provide in the form or later correspondence. The form also identifies the Intur website, its domain and the type of request. An email sent directly to us includes its content and normal email delivery details.
Hosting and security systems may process your IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to answer your request.
Please do not send patient data, health records or confidential clinical information through this website or a demo enquiry.
How we use enquiries
Form submissions are stored in PulseFactory, our studio's enquiry management system, as a conversation with your contact details and message. We use them to respond, arrange a demo and manage the resulting business relationship. Automated tools, including AI services, may help classify enquiries, identify spam, route requests and prepare replies. You can contact us directly if an enquiry needs personal attention.
Our legal bases are legitimate interests in handling B2B enquiries and protecting the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); steps you request before a possible contract, where applicable (Article 6(1)(b)); and legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Enquiry triage does not determine your legal rights or eligibility for services.
Website analytics
Website analytics are not enabled on this version of getintur.com. This does not prevent the processing of hosting and security logs or an enquiry you choose to send, as described above.
Who processes the data
Our team and the providers supporting hosting, email, enquiry management and automated triage may process the data needed for those services. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or handle legal claims.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers need an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard. You can request information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry from our privacy contact.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries and correspondence for the time needed to answer them, manage a possible or ongoing business relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. The nature of the enquiry, the status of the relationship and any relevant legal claims determine that period. Technical logs follow the operational retention schedules of the systems providing hosting and security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Legal exceptions may apply. Write to [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity.
You can complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or the supervisory authority where you live or work. These rights are explained in the General Data Protection Regulation.
Changes and contact
We update this notice when the website or its handling of personal data changes. The date above identifies this version. For a demo, email [email protected]. For privacy matters, email [email protected].
